If you guys have been wondering why the heck there haven't been any new posts lately, let me explain... Tuesday evening (i.e. Oct 11) my computer's hard disk crashed...Luckily I haven't lost any data thanks to my trusty computer guy & a friend BUT I'll have to wait another 15 days cos that's how long it takes for the HD replacement to arrive when in warranty. So it'll be a while before I get my computer back & continue blogging out here again... :'( I had awesomely LARGE Dragon*Con cosplay post lined up (that I was almost done with) AND alongside this I was also getting another cosplay post ready (this one was of the Fan Expo Canada). Sadly these will only see the light of day after 2 friggin weeks! Before you ask- I'm doing this post from my cellphone, but I find editing Blogger posts on the mobile rather iffy...If I do manage, then great! Otherwise I'd request you guys to check out my other posts (or geek over the Avengers trailer?) to kill the wait... :) Bottomline is don't worry, the blog IS still very much on- just after a fortnight...

Xstatic! Just 20 days left for the X-Men Anime US release!
Posted on 19:47 by the great khali
You read right! I had told you guys that while the Iron Man & Wolverine Anime series have already hit US TV, the X-Men anime show would air later this year with the Blade anime after that. Well it has been announced that the official date when the X-Men anime will appear in English on G4 will be on...
OCTOBER 21! That's less than 3 weeks away from now! I admit the news was released much earlier in September but I was waiting on some more info I could dish out to you guys on the series instead of a post that gave just the airing date. Apparently the voice cast will boast of some pretty familiar names to us X-fans...
Actress & voice actor Gwendoline Yeo (Wolverine and the X-Men's Domino) has finally announced on her Facebook page that she'll be part of the X-Men Anime show! And she also gave another interesting scoop...
Renowned voice actor Steve Blum is once again voicing his trademark character Wolverine! If you're wondering why Milo Ventimiglia who voiced Wolvie in the Wolverine Anime isn't returning for this show it's because as I said before, the Wolverine in the X-Men Anime is a different (read: older) version of him...And yeah I know that there have been rumors about Milo Ventimiglia reprising his role as Wolverine in the X-Men Anime too but well, we've got it from the horse's mouth here that it's gonna be Steve Blum...
Steve Blum has voiced Wolverine in the Wolverine and the X-Men, The Super Hero Squad Show, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes TV shows, X-Men Legends, X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 the upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds & Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 video games AND in the Hulk Vs Wolverine animated movie! Phew! The guy is certainly doing something right if he's got the job SO MANY times lol!
Gwendoline Yeo voices Dr. Yui Sasaki. No, not a pre-existing character in the X-universe but her character is supposedly a mix of Dr. Moira MacTaggert & other X-characters...
Friday Night Light's Scott Porter comes back for a voicing gig after lending his vocals to Adrian Luca in the X-Men Destiny game! This time he's voicing none other than Cyclops (who happens to be the lead in this show).
No news yet on who's voicing Storm, Beast, Emma Frost & Armor, the other main players in the show...Watch out for updates on this as I get the news...For now enjoy it's opening theme video! This is the Japanese version, but the music seems pretty awesome!
